Q: What happens when I exceed my quota?
On Free, usage pauses until next month. On Pro, overages are deducted from your balance at unit prices.

Q: Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Smart Sender Protection

  • Sender Status Management — Senders with high bounce/complaint rates are automatically paused to protect your domain reputation
  • Gradual Recovery — Paused senders are placed on probation with reduced limits, then gradually restored as metrics improve

Recipient Protection

  • Smart Suppression — Invalid and complaining recipients are automatically suppressed across your account
