What happens when I exceed a Free plan limit?
The related feature is paused until your limit resets. You can continue by upgrading or adding pay-as-you-go balance.
What is the Pro email overage price?
Additional sent emails are $0.40 per 1,000 emails.
Is AI included in my plan?
No. AI Gateway is billed by actual usage in USD, separately from your plan. Every account starts with a $1 trial credit, and you get another $5 the first time you upgrade to Pro. After that, AI usage is charged to your pay-as-you-go balance.
Does the AI trial credit reset every month?
No. It is a one-time trial fund, not a monthly allowance. It never expires and it is never topped back up — once it is spent, AI usage continues from your balance.
Can Free users pay for AI?
Yes. Topping up your balance is available on every plan, so you can keep using AI Gateway without upgrading.
Do you charge per contact?
No. Free includes 3,000 contacts. Pro includes unlimited contacts.
