Frequently asked questions
What happens when I exceed my email limit?
On the Free plan, usage pauses until the next billing cycle. On Pro, overages are charged at published unit prices (e.g. $0.40 per 1,000 emails) and deducted from your balance. You can top up anytime.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
Do you charge per contact?
No. Free includes 3,000 contacts, Pro has unlimited. We never charge per-contact fees.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans are billed annually with a discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. Stripe (credit/debit cards) support coming soon.
